Achievements
Grid Project Management System (GPMS)
On August 4, 2020, Universal Peak was awarded a landmark contract to implement a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution for TNB GRID Department.
In collaboration with Inovaantage (system integrator) and Planisware (solution partner), we successfully launched the Grid Project Management System (GPMS) in December 2021.
Today, all of TNB GRID Division’s capital projects are efficiently monitored and managed through the power of GPMS, enabling greater control, transparency, and project excellence.
