Universal Peak Sdn. Bhd. has successfully completed the SF₆ gas leak rectification works for the 275kV GANZ Gas Insulated
Switchgear (GIS) at PMU Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur, with the system safely energised and restored to full operation.
The successful completion of this project demonstrates Universal Peak's technical capability in maintaining critical
high-voltage transmission assets while ensuring system reliability, operational safety and minimal service disruption.
The works were carried out under TNB Contract awarded by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) for the rectification of SF₆ gas leak
issues at selected transmission substations in Kuala Lumpur. Throughout the project, our experienced engineering team
executed the rectification works in accordance with stringent safety standards and industry best practices to ensure the
GIS equipment was returned to service safely and efficiently.
