Entering a new year with new beginnings requires careful planning and execution. Here at UP, we believe in setting the right expectations for each employee from the very beginning.Thus on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, we held the handover of the annual KPI folder for the year 2022 at our headquarters in Menara UOA Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.
Each employee is presented with a personal folio containing the latest organization structures and business expectations. The handover was done by our MD, Mr. Raj Kumar R Gopal Pillai to all department heads (HOD). The handover was also an opportunity for the management to announce bonuses, project incentives and increments to further motivate the employees within the organization.
Hereby, UP hopes to not only focus on the employees welfare, but also foster and instil a sense of belonging within the organisation for all employees. UP hopes to anticipate great successes in all of the challenges in the coming years. For us, obstacles are simply untapped potential for future successes that require a concerted effort from everyone.
