As a growing local company here in Malaysia, it is of utmost importance for us to recognize all employees of the company for their hard work throughout the year. To symbolize this initiative,the Annual Business Retreat for 2021 was held off-site.Universal Peak and the 6 Sight Studio Group of Companies joined hands and held an annual review at the Intercontinental Hotel Kuala Lumpur on December 22, 2021.
We strive in bringing all the employees together for a reflection of Business Performance for the year 2021 and laying out the Business Plan for the year 2022. The event held at the Junior Ballroom ,welcomed employees with a fresh outlook on the start of the new year and the new business plans ahead. Team building sessions and games were conducted to motivate employees to work together and develop creative thinking skills.As a token of appreciation from Universal Peak and the 6 Sight Studio Group of Companies, awards and recognitions were also given for the best performances in various categories to motivate employees to continue to excel in the coming years.
