The spirit of giving never ends at Universal Peak Sdn Bhd. To ease the burden of underprivileged students, Universal Peak Sdn Bhd organized “Back to School Programme” to provide essential school items and financial assistance to underprivileged students who will be returning to school soon with Persatuan Kebajikan Warga Tua Dan Kanak - Kanak Wilayah Persekutuan on the 11th of March 2023.
With the school semester about to begin, the programme was conducted to cater to both primary and secondary school children. A total of 17 students were provided with a goodie bag containing essential school supplies such as stationery, workbooks, pen, pencil, and along other basic necessities needed to start their schooling session. UP staff along with their family members took this opportunity to mingle and help distribute lunch to all during the visit.
Through the provision of these supplies, UP hopes that each student is given a chance to pursue quality education and also motivate them for the upcoming new semester. Also, this CSR programme was a wonderful opportunity to foster a culture of giving back to society and provided an opportunity for all employees to get involved in a deserving cause.
