Universal Peak Strengthens Strategic Partnership with Adarsh Through Exclusive Distributorship Agreement

Universal Peak Sdn. Bhd. was honoured to host Mr. Girish Gupta, Managing Director of Adarsh Line Accessories Pvt. Ltd., during his three-day business visit to Kuala Lumpur, marking another important milestone in the growing partnership between the two companies.

The visit focused on strengthening business collaboration, aligning market strategies, and expanding Adarsh's presence in Malaysia's power transmission sector through Universal Peak.

Strengthening Our Strategic Partnership

A key highlight of the visit was the signing of the Universal Peak–Adarsh Exclusive Distributorship Agreement, formally appointing Universal Peak as Adarsh's Exclusive Distributor in Malaysia.

The agreement reflects both companies' shared commitment to delivering high-quality substation clamps, connectors, and line accessories that meet the evolving needs of Malaysia's electricity transmission and distribution industry.

Strategic Business Discussions

Throughout the visit, both teams held productive discussions covering:

• Introduction of Universal Peak as Adarsh's Exclusive Distributor in Malaysia.
• Review of current and upcoming orders, project pipeline, and delivery status.
• Business development strategies to support future opportunities within Malaysia's power infrastructure market.

These discussions further strengthened collaboration and ensured close alignment in supporting customers with reliable products and responsive technical and commercial support.

Engaging Malaysia's EPC Industry

As part of the program, Universal Peak introduced Adarsh to key engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies, including IAC Infrastructure Sdn Bhd, PESB Engineering Sdn Bhd, and Betapac Sdn Bhd, providing an opportunity to showcase Adarsh's comprehensive range of substation clamps and connectors.

The engagements enabled meaningful discussions on project requirements, product capabilities, and how the partnership can support Malaysia's growing investments in transmission networks, substations, renewable energy developments, and grid modernisation initiatives.

The visit builds upon the successful technical knowledge-sharing session conducted earlier this year, when Mr. Girish Gupta shared valuable insights into substation clamps and connectors with the Universal Peak team.
